We are firmly committed to the notion that great wines begin in the vineyard. For over 25 years as grape growers in Oakville, we have been students of our unique terroir, taking each vintage as an opportunity to learn the nuances of the three distinct blocks of our seven-acre vineyard. This has allowed us to consistently deliver fruit of the highest quality to some of Napa’s most prestigious wineries and to comprise some of their top cuvées.

In recognition of our efforts, we were honored to be invited into the single vineyard designate program of B Cellars, our neighbor in Oakville.  Since that time, B Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Ehrlich Vineyard – crafted entirely from grapes grown on our estate — has become a much sought after release and has consistently received exceptional scores from top critics, notably Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate, which has conferred 95+ scores on multiple vintages, culminating in a 97+ rating for the 2016 vintage.  

In September 2023, we are delighted to be releasing the inaugural vintage of our own Cabernet Sauvignon under the Ehrlich Vineyard label produced entirely from select lots of our estate grown fruit and under the watchful care of consulting winemaker Paul Hobbs.
