2024 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2024 vintage is characterized by deep dark fruit, elegant tannin, and striking natural acidity. Despite enduring a hot summer, heavy winter rains and protective vine canopies allowed the fruit to ripen beautifully, yielding a classic and vibrant vintage with exceptional aging potential.
“The 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of ripe boysenberry, cassis, and cocoa. On the palate, it has generous levels of black cherry, plum, cocoa and baking spices. This is a well-balanced wine with a refined tannin structure, good acidity and delivers impressive length of flavor and mouthfeel.” – Paul Hobbs, Consulting Winemaker
